alternative openings on the same or following day, and reschedule the session
upon your approval.
Please Note: To guarantee the highest quality of service, bookings are
officially finalized once confirmed by our team, allowing us to coordinate
the best possible timing for your session.
3. Cancellation & Credit Policy
We recognize that unexpected changes to your schedule can occur. If you
need to cancel, we kindly request that you notify us 24 to 48 hours prior to
your scheduled time so we can best accommodate you.
The 21-Day Flexible Credit Window & Receipt: Upon receiving timely
notice, your advance payment will be securely held as a flexible credit on
your account for 21 days. This credit is highly versatile and can be used to
book any alternative services offered by Tulayraa within this 21-day period.
For your records and peace of mind, we will issue an official receipt
confirming this balance.
Streamlined Rebooking: For your convenience, there is no need to log back
onto the website. Simply reach out to our support team by phone, and we will
gladly handle the rebooking for you.
Account Reconciliation & Expiration: Please note that this credit is
dedicated exclusively to active bookings and is valid for a 21-day period, as
specified on your receipt. To maintain scheduling efficiency, if a new
reservation is not made within this timeframe, the balance will expire and be
retired from our active system, making it no longer available for allocation
or reversal.
