Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time slot. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee, and changes or cancellations within 4 hours (as well as no-shows) will be billed at the full rate of the scheduled service.
